"Friendly crossover metal from the beyond."
Cojum Dip is the avant-garde jazz-metal project of Bora Karaca.

Formed around 2004 at the University of Michigan, the band was famed for its raucous live performances and adventurous fusion of genres. Wearing capes and Mexican wrestling masks, the band gained a good deal of popularity in Ann Arbor before disbanding when Bora moved to Los Angeles upon graduation in 2006.

Bora picked up the project again around 2010, and in 2014 Cojum Dip's debut self-titled album was released on Bandcamp. Featuring seven tracks from the band's heyday as well as two brand-new songs, the album featured cover art by Andrew Hussie (of Homestuck fame) and musical contributions from Joe Hawley, Gregtronic and Courtney Flynn.
